Becoming a client
Exclusive Wellbeing welcomes all new clients, families, groups and organisations, and invites you to explore the services we offer. If you are interested in becoming a client at Exclusive Wellbeing, we encourage you to read the following information about how we operate and in advance of your first appointment.
The first step to become a client is to make an appointment by contacting our friendly reception staff. We allow 60-90 minutes for initial appointments so please allow yourself enough time. If you require Medicare Rebates, please read 'Obtaining a Referral' for more information on how to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan from your treating doctor.
Prior to your first visit, you will be required to complete a referral form and relevant consent forms.
You will receive an email when you schedule your appointment and a text message 3 days prior to your appointment asking you to confirm by responding ‘YES’. You must phone us if you require this appointment to be rescheduled, otherwise we are unable to hold it for you. As we allow 60-90 minutes for your appointment, we ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us time to contact clients who are on our cancellation list - one day this might be you!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to enable us to prepare your paperwork and enter your information into our computer system.
We can send your claim through to Medicare via their online claiming service. If you would like to use this service, please bring your BSB & Account number with you so we can submit your claim to Medicare on your behalf. Otherwise, you can take a receipt and claim as normal.
